Rate card
Every price, in plain numbers.
A Klaviyo setup is $800 to $1,200. An email copywriting retainer is $1,500 a month. A landing page is $1,500. A VSL script is $1,000. A full package with the site, the copy and a five email sequence runs $3,500 to $5,000. An AI receptionist is $1,500 to set up and $800 a month.
There is no form in front of these numbers and no discovery call required to see them. If a price does not work for you, you have saved us both a meeting.

Larger multi page sites, institutions and nonprofits are quoted to scope, because the work is genuinely different. The same is true of anything built around the AI receptionist, meaning automated follow up, CRM and SMS, or a complete funnel. Those are priced per build rather than off a list, because no two of them are the same shape.
02
What decides where a range lands?
Scope, and only scope.
The ranges above move on how much there is to build, not on how the conversation goes or what your website suggests you can afford. Two brands describing the same job get the same number.
You get the specific figure inside the range before anything starts, not after. If the scope changes partway through, we talk about it then rather than at the invoice.
03
What is not included in the price?
Four things, and they are the same four for everyone.
01
Platform subscriptions
Klaviyo, Shopify, and anything else you are paying a vendor for. Those bills stay in your name, which is also what keeps the accounts yours.
02
Ad spend
If a landing page is being built for a campaign, the money going to the platform is separate from the money for the page.
03
Photography shoots
Existing product photography is usually fine and almost always what gets used. Commissioning new work is a separate job with a separate cost.
04
Stock and licensed assets
Fonts, images or footage that carry their own licence. You buy those directly so the licence is in your name rather than ours.
Nothing on that list is marked up on the way through. You pay the vendor what the vendor charges.
04
Is there a contract or a minimum?
The email copywriting retainer has a two month minimum. Everything else does not.
Two months is the shortest honest window to tell whether email is working for you. One month is a sample size, not an answer. After that it is month to month.
One off projects have no minimum, because they end when they ship. There is no annual lock on anything. If the work is good you will not need a contract to keep you, and if it is not, a contract should not be what does.
05
Why are these published when most agencies hide theirs?
Because a price behind a form is a price that moves depending on how the call goes.
Most agencies in this space will not publish a number. The reason is rarely complexity. It is that the number is decided after they have seen your website, your funding and how badly you seem to need help. Publishing the rate card removes that entirely.
It also respects your time. Half the people who read this page will decide it is not for them, and they will have found that out in ninety seconds instead of after two calls and a proposal.
06
What do I own when the work is finished?
All of it. The code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and the Klaviyo account.
Every build ships with written handover documentation explaining what was made and why. That document exists so somebody else can pick the work up without calling us first, which is the point.
Nothing is held hostage on our accounts. That is a common way for agencies to make leaving expensive, and it is not how this works.
